I’m stationed overseas in Korea, so I heavily rely on merchants that can ship to APO via USPS, and I see you have this option.
However, all my attempts to purchase from you online was pointless. Since Sep 15th, I’ve been trying to figure out why your website has the option to select APO AP, but provides no shipping options causing an error. I’ve sent you emails, and called twice, and each time I was told you do ship to APO, and when I tried purchasing over the phone, your sales rep had the same error message.
I was told by Stacy that she would submit a ticket to her Tech support folks, and call me back the next day. She didn’t, so I called a week later to inquire what she found out. Couldn’t reach her, so spoke to Ashley, but couldn’t place an order for me bc of the error message.
That said, my boss flew back to the States, so I ended up sending items to his Maryland address. He said he will hand-deliver it and bring it back to Korea when he returns from leave.
It is very unfortunate that you are the ONLY vendor that sells the Thule Apex XT bike rack accessories that I require, but you don’t deliver or can’t figure out what’s wrong with your website. Even tried using PayPal but it doesn’t let me complete my order. Tried eBay and Amazon with no luck.
So does that provide some context to my experience? Meanwhile my bike is swinging back and forth on the bike rack bc I have don’t have the anti sway attachment for the bike rack.
I would return to purchase more if you only fixed the issue. Thank you!
