You guys have a good selection of equipment, prices are for the most part fair, maybe even a little better than fair, but your shipping costs were high, in my opinion. What I did not like, was that I paid extra to receive my package a day early and I did not receive it on the date promised, that I paid extra for, as a matter of fact, it was a day later than the initial order stated. I talked to customer service about this and asked him, what did I pay extra for if it’s going to be late? He said if I did not receive it by the promised date he would refund the extra amount I had paid. Well, I’m still waiting and have not seen any shipping refund amount. So what I got out of this experience is, don’t trust the delivery date you see when you are placing the order. This kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth! Other than those issues, I think you are a great company and I love your selections/options, but you need to fix this problem. Yes, I will buy from you again, I just won’t believe your delivery date anymore!
