This was a gift & I was able to pick a sample w/my order. I wish I could have had the samples sent to me, separately from the gift item, Knowing perfume - which was going to someone else. The same thing holds true when you are offering a promo. If I am spending the money on an item & sending it to someone other than myself, I should be able to have the 'bonus' items, samples/special gift items sent separately to myself. There should be an option for that, but there is not.

It took over three weeks to receive my items. I contacted customer service a few times. They would give me their name and ask for my name and order number. However, they would never come back to the conversation. After weeks of my order staying in processing status I was able to get someone on the phone. That person resolved the issue and I receive the package about four or five days later. I went online and saw other people were having similar issues or had had a similar issue in the past. Which caused me to become dishearten. I assumed my order was going to be missing something or not be correct when it arrived. When a package was finally received, it was everything I could have asked for. I received the Estée Lauder original formula and it doesn’t get much better than that! Which is a compliment. I also received the complementary glimmer fragrance. As they ladder outdid themselves with that one.
