I used the Elizabeth Arden creams and lotions for the last couple of years. I was always happy with that and my skin was looking exceptional. However, the last purchase was very disappointing. The Prevage cream and Prevage serum gave me severe allergic reaction. I’ve tried it again in a month, same reaction. Very strange, I’ve used it before with no problems. New ingredients? Expiration date? I am at lost. I don’t think I will buy it again.

Once I turned 60, I was looking for an upgrade in the quality of my moisturizers and serums. I've used other EA products in the past and found them to be of excellent quality. So that is where I turned to get moisturizing products for aging skin. I have found the Prevage products make a big difference in the overall look of my skin.

I did received the wrong order. I emailed and then called and the issue was addressed my correct order arrived a few days later after I called. I absolutely love the products. Will continue to purchase online as they are challenging to get on a store locally since Macys nor Dillards carry them anymore.

I’m a bit furious. I don’t understand why they put certain discounts in the website and just because I live in certain areas I don’t qualify. I think that is absolutely unfair and discriminatory towards customers. I wasn’t able to apply a discount because it said that it did not qualify for my area even though it was there on the website.
