Frustrated with the advertisements for discounts and free products only to discover that they apply to a few select items and have restrictions. Felt like a ploy to get me to buy more products without getting the rewards.

I am impressed with how fast the site operated and had no glitches moving around the site. I am also impressed with the large inventory and variety of Elemis products available with fair prices. I was disappointed that I did not receive a first time buyer discount or for signing up for emails which is a normal online business practice today.

The issue I had with the site was the checkout portion. The slots where you place your address was small so you couldn't see if all your address was placed on the slot. Eventually the delivery address shows itself toward the end of purchase. It just seems to be an extra step.

I was really excited about my order from EDCskincare.com and had been looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, the experience became disappointing because the shipping process took much longer than expected. I did receive an apology by email, which I appreciated, but it has now been more than two weeks and I am still waiting. I understand that delays can happen, and I appreciate that the company at least communicated about the issue. However, when customers are waiting this long, more frequent updates and faster resolution would make the experience much better. At this point, I have mixed feelings. I still hope the products will be worth the wait, but the long delay has definitely affected my overall experience. I would recommend the company cautiously mainly if someone is patient with shipping times.
