I ordered a jacket from Dungarees for my husband and it didn't fit. We sent it back and got an e-gift card. I ordered another jacket in a different size. It came and was great since we used the e-gift card to purchase it. Shipping was free. My husband really likes the jacket and it looks so good on him.

If you advertise free shipping, then you should NOT have a clause later that says Alaska may be charged for shipping. If so, I will cancel the order and others I was planning to place for Christmas gifts.

The site was undergoing maintenance. No issue with that. The checkout experience was AWFUL. My shipping address couldn't be verified multiple times even though it used by other merchants frequently, to include Amazon and Cabella's without any difficulty at all! The site was fairly easy to navigate. I had no issue finding items I wanted, and quite possibly items I might purchase in the future.
