I usually try to shop for the factory-seconds and clearance items. I contacted customer service via email with questions about a store-credit from a previous exchange. Customer Service answered my questions very well!

Since I started buying from Dungarees, my experiences have been amazing; the shipping, prices, and quality are excellent, even when I decide to give a chance to factory-seconds clothing. I have never been disappointed. Dungarees' customer service is truly impressive, and asking your customers how to do better next time makes my opinion more valuable.

I don't understand why the return is so difficult. On Amazon it is easy to return. Guess you don't like hearing that. If they ever start offering Carhart, you will be in trouble.

I called your customer service number today (October 19th 2026) and a very nice gentleman answered. He was kind enough to go out into the retail store to garner product care instructions for the coat I later ordered. This is super service well beyond the minimum. I wish I had caught his name, but if you can deduce who it was give him a promotion. He is the reason, after looking elsewhere, I ordered from you. I am from the old school and appreciate good service.

Purchase was ok. Would be better if the color option matched all colors for coats the product applied to. The product only came in brown or dark blue, but was designed to fit, and sold as the accessory for, a product that came in black. Having a black color choice would have been better.

Site Experience FeedbackOct 16, 2026
I am having to replace this order because I was sent Carhart 101627 instead of 101626 bibs that were quilted. during the check out process my order stated factory 2nd quilted but I received 101627's instead and was told that was what I ordered and the quilted ones are more exspensive, although I just placed the same order ( had to get a different color because now they are out of black) I paid the exact same price and I took pictures of what my order showed I was buying the entire time as proof.
