I don't understand why the return is so difficult. On Amazon it is easy to return. Guess you don't like hearing that. If they ever start offering Carhart, you will be in trouble.

I called your customer service number today (October 19th 2026) and a very nice gentleman answered. He was kind enough to go out into the retail store to garner product care instructions for the coat I later ordered. This is super service well beyond the minimum. I wish I had caught his name, but if you can deduce who it was give him a promotion. He is the reason, after looking elsewhere, I ordered from you. I am from the old school and appreciate good service.

Purchase was ok. Would be better if the color option matched all colors for coats the product applied to. The product only came in brown or dark blue, but was designed to fit, and sold as the accessory for, a product that came in black. Having a black color choice would have been better.

I am having to replace this order because I was sent Carhart 101627 instead of 101626 bibs that were quilted. during the check out process my order stated factory 2nd quilted but I received 101627's instead and was told that was what I ordered and the quilted ones are more exspensive, although I just placed the same order ( had to get a different color because now they are out of black) I paid the exact same price and I took pictures of what my order showed I was buying the entire time as proof.

Gotta hold a car heart to order shirts and hoodies. They sent me to dungarees, found everything. When I ordered everything was supposed to ship out as in stock. Then, I gotta notice that 3 of the shirts were out of stock. And had to come from the manufacturer and between the 2 companies working on the same product. You should be able to know what's in your damn stock. Me trying to run a business on a timeline, giving myself lead times for deliveries. It's a pretty horrible experience for the first time ordering with you.

not to hard to get around. A little bit of effort to sort through the deals for what your looking for, but not horrible. We will see how the shipping to Alaska works out, it shouldn't cost one penny more than a shipment to Seattle for Dungarees via USPS, so I am expecting the same shipping as the rest of the country
