I love the ease of shopping, the rapid shipping to me (I'm in KC Missouri, so coming from Columbia is quick), and the selection of products. However, being a slim guy there are very few with the 28" waist I need. Was highly disappointed when my favorite Carhartt jeans quit being offered in my size.

Ordered three T-shirts all two XL’s. I tried on the one black two XL and it was way too big plus it didn’t have the logo on front like it showed in the picture when I ordered it so I figured the other two short sleeve we’re gonna be too big also so I just returned everything.

disappointed to see b151 discontinued as i have bought these for years. had to look and look for near replacement, closest i could find was the 102291. too many offerings are 'fits below waist' were as the 151 fits 'slightly above the waist' eliminating 'plumbers butt crack' need more 'fits slightly above the waist' offerings.

When checking the tracking you MUST have the order number! Not always possible. Since email addresses are issued as a one of a kind, why wouldn’t this be enough to check tracking? Make it so nothing can be altered on the order from the tracking status.
