The order I received had items with sizing that did not match descriptions, thus none of the products fit. When requesting return, I was told I had to pay the cost to return. Overall my experience has been poor and I will not attempt to purchase from this company again.

It is easy to find what you want on Discount Dance. I do wish there was more variety in the leotards and maybe some cooler designs however I think for the price and with the availability you are getting a good deal.

Website is very easy to use, checkout process is quick and intuitive. My only complaint is the long shipping time. This is why I tend to shop at the local store whenever I can because I don't always have enough advanced notice to buy online.

The best thing I saw today were some dancewear models that were different sizes!! More of this please! Seeing that any size body can dance is so powerful for young dancers.

All went well, except for PayPal's site wouldn't work- it kept spinning. I went to PayPal's website to see if there was something wrong with my account, but everything was fine. (And, I'd just made a purchase with PayPal on another site within the last month.) I ended up using my credit card, and that was fine. It was nice to easily find my ballet teacher's ID number. And, it was nice to be able to have free shipping on my purchase.

I placed my most recent order without submitting the discount code that would offer free shipping. I emailed asking if it were at all possible to still grant the shipping discount. A few moments later, I received a response from customer service representative Misty, letting me know that the discount would be granted. I wasn’t at all expecting for that, so it was a pleasant surprise. As a longtime customer, I really appreciated the courtesy.

To complete this survey, I looked through several pages to see what was available, other than the shoes that I purchased. I've heard that there has been a change in ownership and that things have changed. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be many options in any of the categories and almost everything is Capezio. Until today I have never purchased anything by that brand because there have always been better options, and I've been dancing for 40 years. I want the best when it comes to things for dance. Capezio is not the best.

It was fine. I wish filters were stronger to separate girls’ and women’s items. Also wish more sizes were in stock. And greater selection like the site used to have.

The website was slow and I had trouble adding tights to my cart. I also had trouble seeing the size chart. I never actually got it to open. I was happy to see Discount Dance back. I had no idea. I literally was googling what took the place of Discount Dance and saw that you were back online.

Hi- easy to purchase online and it came timely. I usually buy from the local dance store but decided to try the online route. Unfortunately, the product didn’t hold up and I just don’t know how to deal with the shoe issue. So, we are going to go purchase the shoe again from the local store to replace it.

It is hard to find child wear without the adult version coming up as well. Your search options on your website are hard to navigate.

I found it especially helpful to be able to look up past orders so that I could order a full size larger than last year to accommodate my dancer's growing feet! It also helped me order the correct color and style of shoe that is preferred by our studio owner & ballet teacher. I wish there was an option for faster shipping, even at an extra cost.

My experience with the website was fine today because I was able to qualify for free shipping. Overall though I think your shipping is too high and on another occasion I had to return an item due to sizing and that was also terribly frustrating that I also had the pay the return shipping as well as some restocking something. It makes me not want to purchase from discount dance. If these items weren’t specifically required by a dance team coach AND not available on any other site I could find, I wouldn’t have purchased here. I did find one of these items somewhere else, but decided to combine with the other item so free shipping was available. Otherwise, I would have only purchased the one item I couldn’t find somewhere else. It’s just so unfortunate regarding your return and shipping policies. I otherwise really like your products and would use your site regularly.
