1. I arrived via a link from my daughter's dance teacher, but navigating back to that page with the recommended shoe choices wasn't straightforward. I had to either push the back arrow several times or start over from the teacher's link rather than being able to directly navigate to the teacher's/school's product page.
2. When I checked out, I saw three different totals on different versions of the same screen before the final purchase used the third of them. One said $60, a second said $64, and the third said $68. The first showed up when I first added the coupon code. Then I tried a different coupon code, found out it wasn't a better deal, and re-entered the original coupon code. Now the total was $4 more than the first time. I eventually proceeded anyway, and the next screen said $60 again. But then the final screen went to $68 and that's what I was charged. Confusing.
3. Also, the checkout took me directly to an AmEx verification process for a credit card I must have used several years ago. There was no option to add a different card, so eventually I proceeded again saying I would use that very old and expired AmEx on the account. But again, a later screen offered the option I wanted in the first place: adding a different card.
4. My daughter's preferred size of one shoe is out of stock and no backorder is available. Is that common?
