My experience with Dickies was horrible! When I go to the website, I am offered a 20% discount for a first time purchase and the coupon code that was texted to me does not work. I call customer service & I get the run around about how that wasn't Dickies website and they can't honor the discount. I must then prove to them that I received the text by emailing a screenshot of it. Then they offer me a coupon code for 15% off. Again the coupon code does not work. I then have to send another email with a screenshot showing that the coupon code was entered and did not go through. I went through two rounds of this failed coupon code. I was so frustrated, I asked if they could take my order over the phone, but was told that they could not do that. They then escalate the call to a supervisor who advised me use another browser. I had to use another browser, which means I have to find my items all over again. Finally, the coupon code works and I was able to receive the 15% discount. By the time it was all over, I was completely exhausted! Over an hour of my day just to buy scrubs! NEVER AGAIN!!!
