Easy to find what I needed for this repair I had on an older fiberglass boat. Very helpful how too videos on how to use this product. They have everything for start to finish for your project.

I recently took over our supply/ inventory for our location, one of my techs told me that we were "dangerously low" on resin. I found an old invoice and was able to make a purchase in less than 5 mins. Super easy and efficient, just wish I would have been notified before we were almost out of stock but the ETA on this delivery is faster than I expect so no cause for alarm we will be good to go by the end of the week.

I would recommend to purchase from fibreglast since they have good materials while delivery is not that good because they don’t deliver on time other than that everything looks good

I am working on a sailboat restoration. I ordered a number of products from them in 2023 including 6 gallons of gelcoat in two colors. The products were great and I had no problems with them. I had a few spots that needed touching up but I had to put the project aside until this year (2026). I ordered 2 quarts of gelcoat from them. One blue and one white. Over the past couple weeks I used the blue without problems, but a few days ago I attempted to use the white and it would not flash properly. I called tech support and they kept coming up with all kinds of reasons why I was doing it wrong including the weather, which was nearly identical to the conditions under which I applied the blue gelcoat. I told them how much hardener I had added and the said I should double it. I ran another test batch cause I didn't want to have to clean and re-mask the area if I applied it and it didn't work. The test batch took 30 mins at 72 degrees and 50% humidity to finally start to thicken. The Blue gel coat flashed with half the hardener in under 20 mins under very similar conditions. They took no ownership of the obviously bad product. I even offered to send it back to them so they could test it themselves. They were totally uninterested in that. They didn't offer to make it right and I ended up re-ordering another can AT MY EXPENSE, just so I could finish this project while I still have some good weather days left. I will NEVER use this company again.

Shipping for such a small container was triple what I could send it for. Since Fibreglast ships so much, you would get even better rates and past the savings down to the customer.

When I ordered the carbon fiber swatches that were just the right size for the patchwork that I needed to do, I didn’t realize there would be taped, edges, and labels stuck on the middle of the swatches. Removing these stickers rips apart the fabric, so in the future I’ll have to order minimum size sheet cut up instead of these pre-prepared swatches. It would’ve been nice if there have been an image of what these swatches would look like.

THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK AND CAN SHIP WITHIN THE WEEK. SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE PARTICULARLY SINCE i AM LESS THAN AN HOUR AWAY AND COULD EASILY DRIVE THERE TO PICK UP ORDER. HOWEVER THEY DON'T PROVIDE FOR PICKUP.

I had an excellent experience with the technical service department. I am a manufacturer of custom woodwork and trade fixtures for the grocery sales market. The staff was friendly and very helpful, even offering to try to help me find a product from competitors if I was not able to find one I wanted to try. 10/10 ease of use of website and 11/10 customer service!!!

I ordered the same product last year, no problem. I ordered the product again and did not receive part of the kit. I ordered the 1000/1025 kit. I did not receive the 1025.I cannot use this product without that. I called and spoke to a gentleman who told to send a picture of the box it was sent in and said that the 1025 was sent. I no longer have the box, and I checked and looked for it again, and I still have no 1025. I am not making this up and I need the 1025 part of the kit. I was hoping I would be believed when I explained my dilemma. I am hoping someone can just send me the missing 1025. I have never had this issue in the past. I don't know why the 1025 is missing.

Seeing the product that I need and then reading that you are sold out is a deal breaker. I had to buy 5 times the amount I needed. You should never run out of your products. Your items are non perishable. No reason to run out.

I was a little disappointed at first because you could not meet the offered date but you proactively came back with a new date (just a couple of days later and met that date) to my surprise and satisfaction. The product looks excellent and look forward to a long life based on as you specified. In this service (shelf for outdoor kitchen cabinet) where rain gets in often, plywood lasted 2 years! I think this is the right material

Shopify it a good platform. Products are not sorted properly. Small accessories should follow not lead category main lines. Shipping is not competitive.

One of Cans of version was damaged in shipping. I contacted Fibreglast and they were very helpful. They immediately shipped me a replacement.
