I had a terrible experience I paid for expedited shipping and it took 5 days instead of 2 days for my parts to get here. I contact FedEx and they informed me that the shipper is responsible so I contacted Dennis Kirk. In short-term I was basically told I was screwed even though I let them know I had a huge deadline to meet because I was moving out of state. Not only were the parts late and I got no compensation on the shipping parts were missing and parts were damaged. The lady I spoke with a customer service seemed like she could care less that I was having issues she asked for me to provide pictures of the missing parts. Well I'm not sure how I take pictures of something that's not there. She asked for pictures of the damaged parts I had dropped those off over an hour and a half from my home to my mechanic and it was not worth the drive back there to take the pictures. The lady I spoke with on the phone was more than rude very unprofessional and actually thought it was okay to call a customer names. I asked to speak to her supervisor upon doing so I was treated with the same unprofessionalism as the previous employee. She did however offer to refund me a whole $20 on my order when the gas gets alone that were busted cost me almost 40 not to mention the missing extended brake line hoses. I told her I'd like to speak to her supervisor and she told me if I wish to speak to her supervisor I believe she said his name was Travis that she would not issue me any type of a refund. I informed her that that was retaliation at its finest and she argued and said it had nothing to do with retaliation but let's be honest you're refusing a refund even though it's a small one because I want to talk to your supervisor to tell him how you treated me. I would highly not recommend doing business with this company unless you want late parts, missing parts, or damaged parts 100% dissatisfied I will keep my business withJ.P. Cycles, or Drag Specialty. Because I've never had this type of an issue with those two companies. I understand that things happen but as a customer I should have been compensated treated with respect and not talk down to integrated. Zero out of five stars for customer service.
