My wife saw this leather jacket at a HD dealership. They did not have her size so we ordered one. When it came in to the dealership, it did not fit so we asked for a refund as the dealership was skeptical on getting another jacket. I went online with the jacket number and found a company that listed the size we wanted. I ordered it and the next day the company canceled my order. I went online again and ordered this jacket from a second company. A few days later they canceled my order. So, I went online again and ordered this jacket from Dennis Kirk: listed on the website with the correct size. I did not receive any type of acknowledgement that the company received my order or a cancellation notice. No communication whatsoever. I think it was about a week later that I got a notice that the jacket shipped with a tracking number and a couple days later the jacket showed up. The jacket was a XXXXL and it fit. She had tried on a 2XL at the store that did not fit so she had ordered a 3XL (same size as her other leather jacket) that did not fit and was returned. The 4XL she ordered from Dennis Kirk does fit and she is very happy with it. The "only" complaint I have was the lack of communication as to receiving the order and or order status. The jacket is Great!
