I ordered a product you had listed to specifically fit my bike a 2025 scout 101 and I was sent a product to fit a 2017-2022 scout bobber. When I called customer service stating I thought they had sent the wrong part I was informed that was the part I ordered, yet when I went back and checked it 100% said for a scout 101 I took screenshots showing that the product advertised was for my bike and it’s what I paid for and then was explained you do not even carry parts for the scout 101. Then I was told after you alteady took my money and I waited a week for the part you ffalesly advertised that my money would not be returned when the items was dropped off at fedex and a label created, that I’d have to wait the week plus for you to actually receive the part back. So now due to you falsely advertising a product you actually don’t have my build will be held up over a month by the time I get my money back and a reputable company that actually has the part I need. So no I will not ever purchase or record anyone to purchase from you. This mistake was on your end advertising a part fit a bike that it 100% does not. I have the screenshots backing up my claim.
