I’m here today to purchase a helmet, because my previous order was cancelled due to inaccurate information. My initial purchase was indicated to ship in 4-5 business days, but I received an email that my selection had an unknown ship date. I called and was then informed that my purchase was no longer available. Immediately the website was updated to show this information. I’m quite aggravated at this point, because I now have to return other items purchased specifically fit for this helmet and reorder. I also now have to pay additional money to hopefully get the helmet here in time. I received no communication until I reached out to you about my purchase. I would have eventually found out, I’m sure after the timeframe for a helmet to arrive in order to take advantage of one of the very few days with descent snow this year. I’m out extra money, inconvenienced, and I now won’t have the correct camera mount for a ride this weekend with a SAR group out of NW Colorado. I was looking forward to documenting it for our club’s website and social media. Now we get to figure out an alternative on the fly, which I’m sure you know very rarely turns out as good as a well hatched plan. Very disappointed! I’m not sure my money won’t find another website to frequent going forward. It’s not the first time I’ve had issues with your company, but I gave you another shot. That seems to have been a mistake.
You have a tremendous selection for the most part and people are friendly.
