I signed up as a new customer, but the Welcome15 code did not work. Signed up for the email list, but never received a code. I contacted customer chat twice, but there was no resolution, and it took a long time. I am owed a 15% credit now that I have completed my first purchase. Your products are amazing, but this has made me very reluctant to purchase in the future.

The Darphin website is easy to navigate and I always find the products I am looking for. Great incentive with free shipping and the samples! Love it! This time, I had a difficult time figuring out which products qualified for the 30% discount so had to redo my order a couple of times to get the offer. This made me go through the website a few more times, and while that might help Darphin, it was a bit frustrating.

I discovered Darphin many years ago and decided to try Intral last year. This product line has saved my skin! I no longer suffer redness and pain. The toner is crucial!! I also like the fortifying serum. I was motivated to buy today based on the multiple offers(especially the hydration serum) I received as well as the extra 5% discount - Code SUMMER. Looking forward to using my skincare when I receive it.

There are many products that seem to do the same thing. I'm a bit confused which to buy and in what order I should use them. A suggested regime would be fantastic customized to my issues so I know which are best. You have great sales and ways to try items though.

There’s no search tool to help find a specific product, otherwise it’s ok I’ve used it quite a few times before but it was frustrating to start with. It’s also not clear where to indicate once ready to check out Darphin especially the intral line has been a huge relief for my sensitive skin and price is competitive with similar brands

I love my darphin products. The website needs work and the sample options are not great at all. The individual one use packages for samples are not ideal- preferred the small travel samples and more bag options would be great. The prices are not great but won’t stop me from Purchasing as product is fantastic!

This website is a slow, sluggish poorly laid out website. I LOVE Darphin products but I loathe ordering on this website. I cannot delete old addresses, credit card information can be added not deleted. just a POOR design overall. Also need option for PayPal and Shop. Added protection for large purchases and tracking...
