I have been a loyal customer for decades. I used to by through Blue Mercury until Darphin pulled out of the states in 2021 or so. I always always recommend these products. That said, and putting understandable tariffs aside as a result of the US failure of a President, the ability to purchase through Darphin.com direct is less advantageous. There used to be many bonus options at a low price that would allow me to gift to others. The price of retinol capsules has increased from $60 to $120 which makes them pricey to give as gifts. In addition to the price, my favorites have been discounted such as all Ideal Resource line and all gel cleansers, to name a few. I find myself contemplating if I have to break up with Darphin and find another product line. Sadness.

The site has so many pop-ups that it is difficult to navigate in order to make a purchase. It's sometimes hard to understand the rules around offers between the emails I receive and the site itself: what's included or excluded, how much I need to spend before or after the discount, etc. I have been using your products for years and appreciate the opportunity to have discounts and samples for travel.

I've been using the sculpting cream for a few years now every night and can't believe what it's done for my face. I'm 81 and people think I'm in my 60's! I've been using Amazon for this but they don't have it now. Sure hope I can get it from you!

I was unable to put in code for gift, which is why I usually buy my Darphin on another platform, but Darphin probably doesn't care, as long as I use the product, so writing this is probably a waste of my time

Your promotion are scam and against ftc rules, you don't send referrals code for friends referrals and don't send sign up codes as advertised and welcome15 offer doesn't work.

I find the website difficult at times but my big issue is that giving me samples of items I cannot use is very distressing. I use Intral so all these other items are wasted

I used Darphin many years ago when the product line was in the Blue Mercury stores, so decided to try it again, now that I am a bit older and my skin is dryer. Purchasing online is easy and I receive the products fairly quickly. Would be nice if free samples came with every order so I could try some other products like cleansers and toners before purchasing the full sizes of the product.

I was trying to replace a jasmine oil I loved. Do not like the new version broke me out and caused my skin to burn(just red not burnt but irritated) they did not post my review which makes me wonder how many others don’t they post wish I could return!
