They used to make the deliveries so pretty and nicely packed. Now things are just thrown in a box. I would never gift something to someone since I know how they pack things now. Also, and the reason I am looking to leave Darphin after 25 years, is you never allow stimulskin line to be in sales. It has been a year since introduced and your team told me it would be once out 6-9 months.

I am considering departing from Darphin after being a customer for decades. I used Stimulskin and when the new formulation came out, they are never included in the sales. Since we can not touch adn try all the line since no us market anymore, I need it to be on sale. I will see if anything comes out Oct-Nov for holiday allowing it to be purchased on sale, but then I have to find another brand. We would be a customer of the line again if I was able to buy the products to use. In the long run seems like loss for EL.

I have used this product since the 90's and I'm finding the prices are getting too high. Is this because of Trump's tariffs? I'm to the point that drug store products are getting more appealing. I've also used La Mer and Sisley on and off but I do love your cleanser ... but $100???

I purchased two products today. The Dermabrasion displayed two different formulas and did not know which one to order so had to call customer service. They advised me that the one under NEW is a re-packaging though the original version is still on the website. I ended up ordering the NEW one, though it did not specify how large the container was. Not that big of a deal, but wanted to provide the feedback.

I have been using Darphin for a long time and I am 78 years old and my skin is terrific. I get compliments every day on how beautiful my skin us an people are amazed how old I am.

The internet speed is extremely slow. Took 20 minutes for the entire check out process, mostly waiting for the page to load. Can't be specific on what the errors are, so there was guessing on what to correct. on top of the slow speed, the experience was very frustrating.

I love the stimulskin plus products. I just can't find in what order to use the products for day and night. I asked the chat person, and every time I converse with the chat person, they are not so helpful and giving directions. also the refill for the stimulskin ballm has been out of stock everytime I try to order it. I would love someone who knows the product and be able to assist me

My product has been discontinued (again). It took more than 2 hours with your bots and service people to understand what the right replacement is. That happened last time you changed the name/formulation also. You make it very difficult to want to do business with you.

The products I use are never in stock. There is a bate and switch aspect where I receive an email stating there is a percentage off and yet it never applies to my order. Additionally, the products continue to rise in price.

I have used Darphin since early 2000s. You have discontinued most of my favorite lines like Ideal Resource, gel cleansers, lip oil, and masks. Most of what I wanted to purchase was out of stock or temporarily unavailable. I worry that Predermine and Hydroskin are also going to be phased out. I have been a loyal customer and I will be forced to find a new product line if the trend continues. Also, the website is awful. So slow, removes items from the cart, etc. I used to be able to buy in store, but the is my only option.

I have used Darphin products exclusively for several years now. I have never been disappointed with any of the products I have tried. I am pleased with the results and feel the price s meet the results. I have my favorites but find that with the free samples I sometimes find a new product to add to my favorites or to replace a favorite so I am always happy to experiment.

I often find it difficult to manage my online purchases but I persist as I have rosacea and find Intral especially helpful and the Hydroskin is also good for my skin. These are the only skin products I use .
