The "free gift" included speaker adapter harnesses were not long enough for the Impreza door speakers and did not work with the factory plug without modification. Other than that everything was great. The Sony BT/CD player is great and the kicker speakers fit perfectly.

Good website. I was looking for a bright sound with good bass and high sensitivity l. I wish I could sort by Crutchfield Bass score. For sensitivity, there are mix of 1V or 2.83V numbers - comparing them is difficult. I wish I could sort by sensitivity after correcting for the input voltage.

I would recommend Crutchfield, gladly. I pretty happy with my new radio, so far. The only real problem I had with the process was that although I used the ReadyHarness service (because I had no idea what I was doing or getting into), I was sent an incomplete harness with the initial delivery. I did not have a clear way to wire in the OEM rear camera even though I think I was pretty explicit in the initial order that was what I wanted. That said, the correction service was excellent. The problem was identified and I was sent the corrective part quickly and was able (with some extra help, also quick and excellent) to wire it in myself. The technical help from and especially the photos I was sent were very helpful to me. That brings me to me a second point that, while I was able to work out the wiring instructions, it might be worth investing in some more visually explicit wiring instructions (diagrams of the harnesses and what they connect to) perhaps as part of the ReadyHarness service as a value added. Even as I write it, I'm sure you've thought of this before and I realize that may be extremely difficult because of the volume of specific (and changeable) cars and specific radios to match. As much as I hate it, it might be one of those things that a generative AI might be able to create on the fly better than a human (as a tool for your humans to use rather than to replace them). For me, the photos that I was sent were REALLY helpful and I think diagrams would be, too.
