It was my first time purchasing from CookieKids for a new Pre-K school for my child. I am happy that there were toddler sizes for the uniforms. We were not able to find uniform clothing at other clothing stores for toddlers. I love that it was a one stop shop. Since I am new, having sales throughout the year will help tremendously.

When you add things to your cart if you do not press continue shopping the item will leave your cart. Which was frustrating as I went through 20pages to find the things I wanted, only to look and see there was nothing in my cart after adding about 10 items.

I don't like the fact that you have to use a promo code to get free shipping. Other sites, if you spend over a certain amount its automatically free shipping. Due to this you can only use one promo code so instead of the 15% off discount code I received being applied to my items, it went towards shipping. This will discourage me from shopping again.
