During the week after I place my order I received an email to call PayPal and then call cookies kids. I did this and PayPal assured me that all was well with my payment. When I called cookies kids, the woman on the phone told me that the PayPal payment had not gone through then a minute later, she told me that oh yes, it did and then suddenly again she told me it had been declined. She said I’d have to call PayPal again. And again I called PayPal both times I had to wait length amount of time on hold. Again, PayPal is assured me that the payment was correct, but when I called and again, the woman answered and told me that the payment had been declined. I told her I had never experienced anything like this with PayPal and I really wanted to close for my grandchildren she basically had no answers for me so I told her well I’ll pay for it with my credit card and I’ll call PayPal back and ask them to withdraw the payment, which is exactly what I did. It was quite frustrating. This back-and-forth with cookies. I also never received a notice of when I was going to get my order. I called cookies back after a couple of days and again the woman answered and was very lackadaisical about it and said I would just have to wait. I don’t feel that cookies. Kids was very accommodating to me at all. I felt as if they didn’t even care if they had my business or not so I will not be ordering online anymore from cookies.com.
