Great ordering experience, super attentive customer support, products are high quality and exactly what I needed. USPS seemed to lose my package for a couple days, but it wasn’t the store’s fault.

ComputerCableStore is stingy and makes their customers pay the price for their mistakes.

Absolutely horrible. The fact that y'all withheld one of my products because you didn't have *an A/V cable* in stock and didn't want to pay shipping twice is extremely unprofessional. I've waited THREE BLOODY WEEKS for a couple cables. I try to seek out and support smaller businesses over Amazon/Walmart etc. when I can, and you've made me completely regret it. I'm starting a whole Retro a/v setup, so unless I'm needing something hyper specific, you will never receive my business again when you likely would have received plenty if you didn't make me suffer for choosing you and passing your failings onto me.

Website was very easy to navigate and the prices on the items I purchased were very competitive. Shipping charges were very reasonable, but I live within 10 miles of the Quakertown location and will be picking my order up.

I'm glad you offer to ship on the customer's shipper account, but the instructions for doing so were not complete. I had to guess and select "pick up in-store" hoping you will actually ship with the account provided in the "Special Instructions" section.
