I purchased a tent and took it on a trek event in WY. We had very high winds and everyone else dropped their tents to the ground. There where 5 tents that failed completely. My tent was the only one that we didn't take down, because I knew it would be able to handle the wind. Because of that, several of the other adults on the trek started asking about my tent. I told them I was very happy with the products and that I was very happy with Competitive Edge. I passed around your website to several and one has already purchased a tend and several other products in the last week or so. The one thing i was a little concerned with this last purchase was the zipper pulls on the tent were a combination of paracord and fabric strips. The fabric strips have all pulled out and are not helpful. It would have been better if all of the zipper pulls where the same orange paracord all the way around. There are no issues with the metal part of the zipper or the zipper function, just the pulls tied to the metal zipper. In the end, this had no baring on my recommendation to my friends and acquaintances. Kodiak Canvas products are superior and Competitive Edge Products is the place to purchase them.

Competitive Edge is a great platform to buy stuff. I bought a Kodiak tent in the past and their customer service was great! I also got is slightly cheaper than Kodiak's website.

It was very easy to assemble the item by myself.. It took me about 90 minutes. I do have to lower the backboard some for my wife and myself.

I appreciate that the website was easy to navigate and find the products I was interested in. I was able to add the products to the checkout very easily, and the checkout was straightforward. There was a follow-up to my email with a confirmation code to track my order. I liked that when I was viewing the product, there was a video giving detailed information and actual use of the product. It allowed me to make a better-informed decision if the product was what I was looking for.

Price was good, shipping was a little long but delivery was smooth. My only issue is the backboard I ordered is supposed to be pre-drilled to add the backboard pad, but it’s not, which will make adding the padding harder and less secure. I think I just received a defective back board possibly

I've bought a Kodiak Canvas a few years ago, now I'm buying the top cover for that tent. The cover is a nice addition for added protection from heavy snow and rain, plus, little extra blackout for those midday naps.

I was completely satisfied with the seller, Competitive Edge. My bench shipped promptly and the tracking information furnished to me was accurate. However, I was not satisfied with the manufacturer, Lifetime Products. My bench arrived with a part that had concealed damage from the factory. In other words, the part was already damaged when packaged at the factory. The box was undamaged upon delivery, so the damage was no fault of the carrier. Since the problem had not originated with the carrier or with Competitive Edge products, I attempted to contact Lifetime Products. Their customer service team completely ignored my attempt to reach them via their toll-free line, so I went online, registered the product warranty, and requested a replacement part under the product warranty. Despite my having already provided proof of purchase information to register the product warranty, their representative insisted that I provide two different forms of proof of purchase documentation a second time before he would entertain my request. I didn't appreciate being treated like a liar and I expressed my disappointment over this experience when I provided the evidence of purchase. The representative never apologized for anything. He did agree to send the replacement part, but the part did not ship when promised. It eventually did ship and I am satisfied with the product at this time. Receiving a damaged part was disappointing, but the manufacturer could have easily turned that around by offering better service to me when I initially reported the problem, instead of making me jump through hoops to prove I had bought the bench when they already had the proof.

When I recieved my order there was obvious damage to all the corners of the container. As expected, there was damage to both side panels and base. Contacted customer service and replacement parts were quickly sent to me. No other issues
