I was looking at Kodiak Canvas Flex-Bow tents, specifically the 10×14 Deluxe VX model. I could only find it here or directly from Kodiak Canvas. Buying it through Competitve Edge Products saved us $200-$300.

I was completely satisfied with the seller, Competitive Edge. My bench shipped promptly and the tracking information furnished to me was accurate. However, I was not satisfied with the manufacturer, Lifetime Products. My bench arrived with a part that had concealed damage from the factory. In other words, the part was already damaged when packaged at the factory. The box was undamaged upon delivery, so the damage was no fault of the carrier. Since the problem had not originated with the carrier or with Competitive Edge products, I attempted to contact Lifetime Products. Their customer service team completely ignored my attempt to reach them via their toll-free line, so I went online, registered the product warranty, and requested a replacement part under the product warranty. Despite my having already provided proof of purchase information to register the product warranty, their representative insisted that I provide two different forms of proof of purchase documentation a second time before he would entertain my request. I didn't appreciate being treated like a liar and I expressed my disappointment over this experience when I provided the evidence of purchase. The representative never apologized for anything. He did agree to send the replacement part, but the part did not ship when promised. It eventually did ship and I am satisfied with the product at this time. Receiving a damaged part was disappointing, but the manufacturer could have easily turned that around by offering better service to me when I initially reported the problem, instead of making me jump through hoops to prove I had bought the bench when they already had the proof.

When I recieved my order there was obvious damage to all the corners of the container. As expected, there was damage to both side panels and base. Contacted customer service and replacement parts were quickly sent to me. No other issues

I was shopping online for a new portable basketball hoop and competitive edge products popped up. Had the best reviews and price for what I was looking for. I placed my order and they did inform me that it would take 2 weeks. It came in 5 days. The hoop met all my expectations and was more than satisfied with the purchase. I love the website for sporting goods and camping gear. The extra details like the 360 degree view of the tents is beyond excellent. Its better than the original manfacturers sites. plus, adding on additional items onto my order was so easy. I love your site and the videos it encludes. The man in the videos explaining the tents does a very good job as well. I wish all the sites I buyu merchandise from were this user friendly. My hats off to you guys!!!

Set up tent for a 3 day camp. Pitched easily. Had wind & rain; tent was sturdy in the wind, no leaks. The medium stove easily heats the tent & makes cool mornings a joy. The stove is heavy, so two people for set up & handling is helpful.

Site was fine, nothing fancy but it works. Apple Pay took some time but worked. Password requirements were throwing errors when none existed - assuming it didn’t like the dash, but I don’t believe it said anything about special characters.
