Me and my son took the 12x12 kodiak stove tent with the 8x8 add on camping this past weekend and it was phenomenal this tent meets our expectations and more. In selecting my tent, there were 3 option. I selected XV. My cart only listed the tent, but not the option. This is a critical flaw and I will be returning the tent it the wrong size is sent. This is a retailers issue not a customer's issue and that check box doesn't help. The item in the cart should clearly show the selected size.

The checkout page was confusing. I hit the Apple Pay button to select it as a payment, and the transaction went through before I finished filling out the checkout form. The wait for customer service was a little long, but it was excellent once I got through to someone in chat. The site design looks like its from the 1990s and the checkout page needs a serious UX redesign.

Think the website is a little outdated. Needs to be more modern and with some clarify. Pictures of the products could be added to show customer what the set up would look like. Links to CEP YouTube videos could be added. The Kodiak products are great. This is my third purchase. A feedback for CEP to provide to Kodiak Canvas would be, build a larger Flex Bow tent, larger than the 10x14. Different colors would be great. I would different buy another one. Best tent ever.

Delivered as promised. Very nice tent and accessories. Love the room and the functionality. Would definitely recommend. The cover on the top of the tent I wasn’t sure about. But it is actually very high quality and worth it. Vestibule is very cool. Tarp for inside the tent (carpet) is our favorite accessory. Makes the experience very nice and helps protect the floor of the tent from the legs of the cots.
