Do not publish this - I was very unhappy that after achieving the highest tier of points I got two days notice that they all expire! I tried to redeem the points and could only redeem a 250 point item as a maximum - when I have over 500 points? Why could I not make a purchase and redeem the highest level of points? Why can't you make a purchase and receive multiple items with the points achieved? I was not even allowed to redeem for a 350 point item? I started to buy Clinique on-line once the Hudson's Bay closed, now I guess I will look for other brands to purchase from Sephora. I have been a loyal Clinique customer for full eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, lip glosses, etc. for over 35 years! And I had started purchasing all face products for my daughters. This on line experience has been very disappointing. I have been an in person dedicated customer for years. This experience has been so frustrating that I will start to look at other brands.
