Today was fine. I have been happy in the past and the last time I ordered even better I have a hard time getting it to come out of the bottle. I have to leave it upside down. The time before that it didn't come for a long time and had tire marks on the package when it did arrive. That wasn't your fault but it has not made my overall experience with you a happy one. I've used Clinique for years and probably will not change now but am not a happy customer. When I try to purchase the even better from Dillards near me, they never have CN 74 Beige and always tell me there is a shipment coming in that it might be in but never is. This has been the case for three years. Today they told me that the sold out of it but that's the first time I've hear that.

I've been using Clinique since I was in my early twenties. I am 67 years old. I enjoy Clinique products and perfumes. I get lots of compliments on my skin and the Elixir perfume. When the honey lipstick came out, I purchased it for 3 other people. Love it.

Marketing for eye makeup sale bought me to site. yet most eye makeup products especially newer or popular products were exceptions and not on sale. I also wanted a brow product I use daily and item was out of stock for normal brown shades.

I spent a lot of money today, over $200. I am used to getting free sample or travel sizes of products. Very disappointed that I did not receive any today. I also had a tote offer and a make up case offer in my email and it was not available on the site when I checked out

I like your website and your products very much. I do not have any issues with finding products, checking out, etc. I do wish that I was able to keep my reward points more than a year. I also wish I was able to spend more of my reward points at a time (i.e. one item at a time to use up the points).

I am disappointed with the rewards program. It does not allow me to use all of my points, only allowing one reward per purchase and they will expire soon. If I earned these I should be able to redeem them all at once if I desire. And again if I earned them why do they expire?

I did not know that clinique.com existed. I went to ulta to get a makeup and they said it had been discontinued and to get it on clinique.com.
