This underwear is soft and more soft. It is all cotton and feels so nice. My size was larger than desired, but I have lost weight and I dislike too tight underwear so I ordered a 7, when I should have ordered smaller. I will call customer service to see if the unopened pack of 3 can be exchanged. If not, I will wear them large when it doesn’t matter as I love the feel so much. No elastic!!!!!

It was easy to find what I was looking for. But I have a question: could you send me a front closure device for this style bra? I have a closure that broke on a brand new bra of this style and all the generic closures that I have ordered break. I really like this style bra but I was disappointed when the closure broke so soon.

This is the perfect panties for me, but you do not have the extended sizes I need. I had hoped your sizes had changed so I ordered 13, the highest size you have available but they did not fit.

I shopped in a private browser window on my iPhone. Filtering was less than ideal—I love a bargain but sifting through 27 pages of items on clearance without being able to filter by size or type of garment? That’s too much work. Also, I had to visit Herroom to view the back of several items and get fit details.

I was thankful I still had the box from the previous breast insert which was taken care though my hospital and cancer center in Reno, Nevada. Unfortunately they do not offer this service any longer and ultimately I could not use my previous insert as it is over 3 years old. Thanking you so much for being here for us to use.

Customer service it doesn’t need to be automatic machines talking. It should be regular people. It’s frustrated talking to those machines because you can’t get things clear and understood as you could with a human person.

I love these panties! I was thrilled w my 1st order so now I am ordering more. So happy to find them, as JCP Underscore are no longer available. I didnt know what I was going to do. I tried other online retailers...awful. Classic Shapewear understands that I cannot tolerate elastic leg undies and has made these nice undies in pretty colors not just white and beige. Oh I am so very happy w this product. Thank you!

The pricing is very good compared to others that offer same items. But it takes a number of days before the order goes from pending to shipped. Especially if you use the lowest priced shipping.

I was able to find two bras I was already wanting for much cheaper than on the other company's website, so I am very excited about that. Each one was only around $15 when they are normally over $60, so what a deal! Shopping on this site however could have been easier if I had been able to select multiple things when filtering searches. Instead I could only select one box per category, which was very inconvenient. I also think the filter needs to include an option to select for the type of clothing. Currently it allows you to select type of bra, but not everything sold here is a bra. For instance, when browsing the clearance section, it would have been nice to be able to filter so I wasn't bombarded with a bunch of pantyhose. Overall though, as long as I get my order and everything is good, I will definitely be coming back here again in the future for the prices alone!

Went to local bra shops and could not find the bra I was looking for. I had bought these bras years ago and they lasted so well I wanted to replace them finally after some searching online came across Classic Shapewear and decided to try them. Was pleased with finding the product I was looking for and ordering was easy and delivery was fine.

Customer service is good! Customer help was good. The telephone number for Canada no one takes the calls. There is no voicemail to leave a message. Calling for a long time. I had to call the USA number a lady answered my questions. Please follow up on the telephone number for Canada! Thank you.
