I order $300 to $400 in coins every 2-3 months. In the past 8 years I have ordered just over $11,000 in coins and expect to continue in the future. I do have an issue with the web site: When I want to verify my orders, I only get to view the last 4 and some orders are missing in the display.

I received notice that part of my order was on back order. I called and asked if they could send part of the order and I would wait for the rest. They were so kind on the phone!! They promptly sent the partial order and explained that my medals come from Italy and they would ship them when they received them. They didn't charge me extra for 2 shipments.So appreciative!! I accidentally skipped a page in the survey and couldn't get it to go back, sorry!

ordered a few years ago but i forgot the name of the company. when i typed in the item i wanted, another company was listed first. i ordered the item. when it came, it was too small. i e.-mailed three times to return the item but there was no response so i ordered 4 items from church supplier so that does not happen again
