I INITIALLY ORDERED A SIZE 75 HORSE BLANKET. THE NEXT DAY I WENT ONLINE ANND WROTE THAT I HAD ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND TO PLEASE CHANGE THE SIZE TO 69 INSTEAD OF 75. I RECEIVED THE BLANKET AND ITS A SIZE 81! i CALLED AND THE GAL SAID IT WAS MY MISTAKE NOT THEIRS SO I HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST. SINCE 81 WAS NEVER A CONSIDERATION AND I HAD CONTACTED YOU TO SPECIFICALLY STATE I NEEDED A 69 AND NOT A 75, I DON'T KNOW HOW I COULD HAVE CHOSEN 81. BUT THERE WAS NO DISCUSSION, JUST TOUGH LUCK. IVE WNET AHEAD AND ORDERED THE 69 SINCE IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT AND I'VE GOT THE 81 IN MY CAR READY TO SHIP VIA UPS. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO COMPROMISING AND NO DOUBT IT WAS MY MISTAKE BY THE GAL I SPOKE WITH. I THINK SHE WAS UNYIELDING AND REFUSED TO BELIEVE IT WAS ANY OTHER CAUSE OTHER THAN ME. IF THE WEBSITE MISMARKED THE SIZE UPON PRESSING SEND OR WHATEVER OTHER POSSIBLE PROBLEM MIGHT HAVE OCCURRED, I WAS TRYING TO WORK WITH YOU TO GET THE ORDER. I HAVE TOLD OTHER FRIENDS WITH HORSES ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND THEY ALSO THOUGHT YOU WERE UNREASONABLE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAD ASKED THEM TO HELP ME WITH THE SIZING (SO THEY KNOW I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE WITH A 75 AND SHOULD HAAVE GOTTEN THE 69. BUT THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON BOTH ENDS, FOR WHICH IT ONLY COST ME. I COULD HAVE CANCELLED ALL ORDERS AND REORERED WHEN YOU PLACE THE BLANKETS ON SALE AFTER CHRISTMAS.
