I like that there is plus size options I just wish the size guide included more than 4xl. Also, I wish at checkout it also states the style they are associated. It would make it easier for college students that need to order the same stye to match the colors correctly. It just adds another layer of confirmation that I am ordering the right items.

The website was easy to use. However, I do not like that when I first enter the website, I am asked to sign up for something. I want to browse first. Then when I choose what I want I will sign up the list. The 15% off bar at the end was what made me sign up later, after I finished choosing what I want. I would rather get a popup to register on the site when coming in than an email list. However, the site is easy to use and I like how I didn't feel confused about the pricing on the checkout page. A lot of pages are difficult to use.

Purchased the order 9/05 on a Saturday and opted for 1-2 day delivery, since I needed it Thursday Morning. It was estimated to arrive Wednesday. Monday was Labor Day, so it shipped tuesday (day ONE of shipping). I received a message on Wednesday (day TWO of shipping) that the package would be delayed. I received it on Thursday afternoon, day THREE of shipping. I only purchased it because I would get it by Wednesday. I called customer service to try and get my accelerated shipping fee back, in which she argued that Thursday was day 2 of shipping and I would not get a refund. My order was processed the day I ordered it, and shipped Tuesday. This was very frustrating and I felt like I wasted my money.

Cherokee ultra originals the, the ones that have been on clearance, are absolutely wonderful! I am petite, around 108 lbs, 4’11, the pants fit great, so comfortable! I just wish some of the colors weren’t out of stock right now in Petite!! Would recommend those all around!! Thank you!

I ordered and paid for scrub top and pants. I never received the top. I was not notified why the top did not arrive. I had to call Cherokee customer service after emailing about it. I found out that the top was not available. Why was I able to order it and be charged for it. Very bad experience and would like to be compensated for my trouble. I had to return the pants yesterday.

Poor customer service! Item missing from order, notified customer service and immediately received a response that they would resend item after confirming my personal information. I responded to the email and then radio silence. No response. None! I have emailed multiple times again with no response. No tracking number, no package. Nothing.
