Have purchased infinity Cherokee uniforms for 15+ years. Always comfortable and high quality. The most current purchase is uncomfortable and I don’t see myself wearing them again. The waistband has changed and is chafing and tight.

I like the 20% off end of summer deal and the additional 15% for first purchase. Otherwise I would not have been able to afford to purchase two scrub sets. I love the infinity scrubs and got them second hand and needed a different color.

The options the website offered were abundant and looked of great quality. I believe I will be satisfied with what I purchased. The design of the website is also nicely done and pretty clear to follow. The only issue I had was that the website constantly crashed or was unresponsive. I tried refreshing my browser and checked my internet connection but still had the same issue. Maybe it was just my laptop being slow but just wanted to point this out.

I have had issues with all three of my orders. My first order was delayed so much that I needed to place another order on express shipping. Items in the express shipping order did not fit based on the sizing chart on the website and I needed to exchange sizes. I was told there is no exchange process and id just have to return but I would not get a refund for the express shipping forcing me to pay for express shipping twice. As much as i want to support businesses directly, this is why I will just be sticking with Amazon from now on. This company shows that the customer service has been taken out of customer service.

Everything was fine. Only issue is I placed an order to an old address I don’t live at anymore. I immediately called support, but was unable to update the package address when I called customer support. Luckily family still lived at the address I shipped it to. But there should be a way update delivery address. The items had not even been picked yet.

I ordered 5 items only 3 came in one package and the other 2 were not delivered.. no response on invoice or email. I had to call for information and I was charged and all the money taken out my account. If I didn’t call I never would’ve got my other 2 items or a refund.

in 2022 i got a pair of cherokee scrub pants through work that are my absolute favorite, but the exact style isnt available anymore -- i tried to figure out which pants available on the site today were the closest replicas, and both are comfortable, but neither fit the same nor have the same construction. that being said, great price and i'm not as worried about banging these scrubs up as other brands

I love the stretchy thing on the back of the uniform- it fits me better and makes me feel very comfortable at work. Easy to wash and I’ve received many compliments at work asking if I lost weight lol, because most scrubs tent over my back and make me look larger than I am.
