I use Cherokee uniforms from last 20 years, I used to buy them from a medical supply store near my office, purchased first time directly online from Cherokee, uniforms are great quality, comfortable and super durable. They fit me perfectly thus I go back to them every time I need them, also very affordable price. Cherokee Uniforms are the Best.

I liked the tops I ordered but I had previously tried them on in a store and bought some then. That store closed so I was forced to buy online. I also bought pants, used the online measurements against myself and another pair of pants I like, they matched, thought I would be good, but when they arrive they were way to big in the waist and thighs and at least 8 inch too long. Not sure if they were mislabeled.

I am writing to express my frustration with the poor communication regarding my recent order. I placed an order on the 5th, and when I checked a few days later, it still hadn’t shipped. On the 10th, the status updated to "on the way," but no tracking number was provided. To make matters worse, the "Check Your Order" link in my confirmation email consistently leads to a 404 error page. Every time I want an update, I have to navigate to the bottom of your website, manually find the order status page, and re-enter all my information—only to see a generic "on their way" message. The lack of tracking, broken links, and poor communication have made this a horrible customer experience.
