The scrubs are ok but they don't allow exchanges. If you want to be able to exchange your items, buy them from somewhere else. You get better quality and better customer service with other brands

I really liked the design and the quality of the fabric; the scrubs are beautiful. They arrived quite quickly and in perfect condition. The only issue is that the top is very long—quite long. I’m 1.60m tall, and it was very long on me, even though I ordered the smallest size available; it didn't look like that in the photo, and it looks quite odd. That is the only reason I wouldn't buy scrubs from this brand again; I think they just aren't right for my height (even though the bottoms fit perfectly).

customer service did not provide any customer service! I had to exchange an item from my order and was charged more for the same item a couple of days later. Customer service did not provide any help at all and just said they don't price match exchanges. Poor customer service and experience ordering directly from Cherokee. Will not order again from cherokee. Very disappointed in quality of customer service relations and experience.

I bought support stockings. They are the right length and fit well enough. Advertised for nurses on their feet all day, I find the sock to be very thin on the innersole. I need more padding between my skin and my shoe. I rubbed the inner ankle and irritated a neuropathy. At the end of the dau I did have lines on my skin from the pattern of the sock.

You should fashion your return method like QVC. They give you one of those box things in your email after you fill out reason for return on their site. You go to the UPS store. They scan the box and put the stick on label on it at store and mail it in next delivery. You receive a receipt and you are on your way! I went to the FedEx depot in our town. I told them I did not have a printer to print out label. I was told by your representative that was fine and they would help me at FedEx. The FedEx lady said we don't do that here. You have to go to the County Library and pay 10 cents to get a copy. So I drive to the library. They have to have me send it to myself and then from that I have to send them something called a PDF. I did not have my readers so this took forever to do. Library was young and impatient. When I got the label it was nothing more than a sheet of paper. So, I could not go home and take it on because I live in next town over. I go to Walmart and buy packing tape and some cheap kid's scissors. I sit in car at FedEx and undo the tape on box I already put on, put the reason paper inside, tape box shut, tape paper label on, and then go inside to see same FedEx lady. She has the nerve to say to me, "Wasn't that easy!" I said a big no and walked out the door! By the way I found just as good of scrubs from Walmart website and cheaper!
