The return site was down and initially no one answered the phone number for customer service. But the following day I did get someone and the person was perfect - they knew the issue with the return website, she took the return information and sent me an email with the return label. This all went smoothly.

My scrubs uniforms and compression socks came in a relatively timely manner but the online tracking was useless as it never updated until my package arrived. I have no complaints on my socks, except one pair fit more snug than the rest. The scrubs, on the other hand, have serious quality issues with the stitching. They came straight out of the package with loose strings, and after one single wash cycle they all had spots where the stitching and seams are coming undone. Scrubs are way too expensive to only be worn once!

The ordering process was conveniently easy although what I want was not in stock I was able to find something else close to what I thought was good. The delivery came quickly I didn’t wait long at all which a bonus. But the uniform material was a bit too rough for me. I will have to keep washing it to breakup the texture. But the quality is very good just the material is a bit different. I bought Cherokee in the past but stopped because of the material. But recently I bought better flexible and fit. The newer brand but I had to substitute because they out. The uniform I purchased is ok but the material I don’t care for.

I've been retired for 18 years from USPS, former rural mail carrier, living alone. Recently, became a patient with Alive Hospice due to COPD and a collapsed lung. Alive Hospice is a great organization of caring medical professionals and volunteers who help people like me face death with dignity as painlessly as possible. I'm 78 and have enjoyed a good, full life and elected to forgo the traditional chemo/tradition treatments that sometimes are offered to extended lives a little while longer. My quality of life means more to me than it's longevity. I'm glad that Alive Hospice was an option. Thanks for my new scrubbs, my favorite thing to wear at home these days. Very comfortable!

Lots of diversity which I appreciated, but somewhat difficult to find scrub sets. One of the sets I was interested in, Olive color, had different shades in the thumbnail for top and bottom, which made me worried the colors would be mismatched.

The two T-shirt looking scrub tops were 10 out of 10. They have a buttery feel to them and resistant to wrinkles. My clinic did provide us with tshirts but theirs were the cotton kind that get wrinkles so easily(I want to say it's mostly cotton fabric) ,can easily get stretched out, absorb sweat easily so yes they visible show it, and look grumpy and I'll fitting . Considering they were provided, I did want to try wearing them but then I looked online through other stores. Cherokee wa sth only one who has tshirts that matched the colors my job required (a bright red and a darker grey) which is is just lucky but the quality is where I was blown by. I have only worn them once and have yet to wash them so I need to see how they actually wash and last. But considering it feels really robust I don't doubt they will last a long time. I already have cherokee infinity scrub bottoms which is why I thought hey maybe this brand will have something else and sure enough they did not let me down!
