I am writing to express my frustration with the poor communication regarding my recent order. I placed an order on the 5th, and when I checked a few days later, it still hadn’t shipped. On the 10th, the status updated to "on the way," but no tracking number was provided. To make matters worse, the "Check Your Order" link in my confirmation email consistently leads to a 404 error page. Every time I want an update, I have to navigate to the bottom of your website, manually find the order status page, and re-enter all my information—only to see a generic "on their way" message. The lack of tracking, broken links, and poor communication have made this a horrible customer experience.

I needed my scrub within the time your website said and they came within said time, but the tracking never said they were shipped leading me to believe they would be late causing me to have to order scrubs i didnt really want from Amazon with my 2 day shipping and waste money.
