I am writing to express my frustration with the poor communication regarding my recent order. I placed an order on the 5th, and when I checked a few days later, it still hadn’t shipped. On the 10th, the status updated to "on the way," but no tracking number was provided. To make matters worse, the "Check Your Order" link in my confirmation email consistently leads to a 404 error page. Every time I want an update, I have to navigate to the bottom of your website, manually find the order status page, and re-enter all my information—only to see a generic "on their way" message. The lack of tracking, broken links, and poor communication have made this a horrible customer experience.

I needed my scrub within the time your website said and they came within said time, but the tracking never said they were shipped leading me to believe they would be late causing me to have to order scrubs i didnt really want from Amazon with my 2 day shipping and waste money. I'd greatly appreciate an accurate tracker because I had an issue with it the first time I ordered as well.

I considered purchasing scrubs from another vendor but was frustrated with how little detail their site was giving me and how limited my options were. I needed to know what material the scrubs are made of because I have a cat and wanted to avoid going to work covered in cat hair or furiously lint rolling off cat hair to little avail. The official Cherokee website is awesome because it told me exactly what each item is made of so that I could pick the right items for me. I also like how detailed the product descriptions and images are because they gave me an understanding of exactly what I can expect to receive when the items arrive. The website is also sleek and user friendly.
