I was disappointed in the availability of items. I was especially frustrated by the sizing of ballet slippers. Instead of providing sizing information for the slippers, Capezio advises to size up or down from street shoe size. Even street shoes differ, so how can we determine the correct slipper size? I did not purchase slippers from the website. Since there is nowhere locally to purchase slippers, I will hopefully find some while taking a summer trip. The leotard and tights fit perfectly, I used the size guides for both.

My interaction with the website today was good. Why I did go on this particular website, though, is, because I was not able to order my targeted good on the Australian Capezio website. If the goods would have been available on the Australian website, I would have not needed to hop onto the American one. On another point, I am disappointed that you guys don't ship to outside of the U.S. As a consequence, I have to bother my friend to be the recipiant of my goods within the U.S. and then bring them personally to me next she will come to Australia. Very complicated and slow.

Ordering from Capezio online was simple and they had the product available in stock that I wanted. It arrived a day sooner than expected which was great. The shoe sizing though was a little wonky. The heel portion of the tap shoe is a little wide, so it doesn't fit perfectly. We had to add heel pads to fit the shoe properly. Otherwise the shoe is just what we were looking for.

I love the leotards I ordered and the leg warmers. The striped leg warmers run rather small for a medium sized adult, but other than that, I’m satisfied. I also LOVE the Queen Anne leotard. It’s everything I wanted in a Leo and it’s perfect. I would love it in more colors. Capezio seems to have consistent quality for reasonable prices so I’d recommend them to any dancer. However, the sizes seem to run a bit small compared to fashion brands.

Frustrating... Main page displays unavailable items, even though search specified size/color/etc. Main page would display a particular sale price, but all available items were at the higher-regular price. Sizes were impossible to determine on shoes because they were listed as, purchase 1-2 sizes larger than regular shoe size. How is a customer supposed to know which size to order? Changes made to the shopping cart were not reflected in final checkout.

I finally got my first pair of new jazz shoes and almost 40 years because my other ones lasted so long and finally I had holes in my shoes and so had to get a new pair of jazz shoes and went to Capezio because I went right to the source for the best jazz shoes that I've ever had in my life and unfortunately the new ones are such poor quality and very low grade leather and it feels like the laces are going to break and just I'm very disappointed with the quality of the jazz shoes that I purchased and I will be wearing them because I have a recital coming up on Monday so I don't have time to send them back and get something different so I will be keeping them and using them but I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the leather the quality of the shoelace the quality of the Soul no longer does it have a suede sole on the bottom but a plastic turning Soul piece which will just break and fall apart any minute so I may not be purchasing this style of shoe again from Capezio but I will be buying additional dance gear in the future and hopefully this comment will make its way to someone to understand that quality and value are very important in dance shoes especially since my last one's lasted almost 40 years

I work at a place where we can be really hard on panty hose, tights, etc. I always tell people to get the tights from Capezio because they will last me an entire season. Other people are buying new every other event.

I purchased essentials for my daughter's recital coming up in June. I needed tights as well as tap shoes that fit properly. Although I would prefer to go into the store most times I don't have time so online ordering was best. The taps shoes didn't fit. I have purchased from this company since i was a child in dance school. Great tights. They are very thick and durable. Even if you get a hole, you usually don't get a run in them. I love the skin match and the option to remove my feet. Best tights ever.
