Item that the store tried to give me was not the item I ordered on line. Store employees said that they were right and your online item description was an error. When I contacted online customer service they said the item I ordered was correct and the store personnel were wrong as I suspected. The store personnel were not helpful in resolving the issue.

I started with ur AI chatbot, which was not able to understand my request: "Does your Garner, NC store have this part #90033 in stock? " I then called the store and was told they do not carry that item yet. When I checked out, I was told the part was in stock & could be picked up today.
