My overall interaction with this website was good. I was able to find just about all I wanted. The sheets for the bunks are not the right size needed for my loft. I need 30 x 80 and yours are 30 x 75. I like sheets on those mats.

The item was supposed to be at the store for pick up in 2 days. No tracking email. I called customer support to check if it was ready to pick up for our trip. She called the store and they didn’t have it so she said she would have it sent to my home. It wouldn’t be here by the time we left but still needed it. No shipping notification or tracking. An email came to evaluate the delivery. I hadn’t gotten the item yet. It did come the next day. Somewhere someone knew it was coming. I did get an email after calling customer service that an order was cancelled. it had a different order number and I was in sure if the item was coming at all. The product is great compared to the other I found on Amazon. Well keep it. I would have liked better communication via email or order tracking on the website.
