Great products. It was packaged well and arrived in good shape. Good quality parts...but it would have been quicker to order the skylight from Amazon and at a lower price....but I was afraid of getting counterfeit crap products from Amazon so paid more to Camping World for presumably the exact same parts. Took 3 days longer to receive the parts.

Gentleman at the counter does not seem to on his toes. I think I woke him up when I said hello. I told him what I was there to pick up and he sent me to the back to retrieve the tanks. As I started back he caught me found my tanks at the counter.

The website is lacking in functionality/usability. I was trying to edit my cart, and the wrong items kept getting deleted for some reason. That was frustrating. Then, I wanted to use my Apple Card via Apple Pay to purchase, but that wouldn't work for some reason after multiple attempts. I contacted customer service, but no response. Camping World has a great deal on a product I need, so I purchased even though I would've otherwise just gone to another retailer to get what I need. I won't be back.

I ordered a gas fire pit online to be picked up at your Longmont Co location. I received a confirmation of a email that they received my order and I would receive a email when ready. I did not receive a email so I called next day and s customer Svc person laughed at me and said it takers 24 hours to be put in there system . WHY would I order something for pickup at your store where I could have went in and payed for it. So I went in after 2 days because I never got a emailed that it was ready. The customer service person went to the shelf picked it up and gave it to me. Do not order online for a pick up. Ridiculous
