When ordering it indicated 5-7 days. It took 10 days to deliver. Since we had camping plans this left the $500 package sitting on my porch fora week. Hopefully it will be then when I return. VERY DISAPPOINTED,

I tried several times to complete this order while camping using my smart phone and was unsuccessful. I ended up with four exact pending charges on my credit card. When I returned home I used my computer to complete the order without a problem. The website using the computer is very friendly, the site for mobile phones is not.

Your express shipping wasn't available to my address, which was a bummer. The price of express shipping on your website was completely different than your website on my phone $24 versus $13). I don't understand why it was different, but I just did the economy shipping because of the discrepancy. Also, my 10% off email to welcome me did not have a code. And when I tried to click on the "shop" link in the email, nothing happened.... so I didn't get the 10% off.I decreased the amount I purchased and used the $10 off instead.
