I like the deals. The website was a little glitchy at times. I was a little frustrated with the coupon stuff at first. I didn’t put in my email at first then the coupon didn’t show up again. After looking for other ways to get it, I signed up for the text messages thinking I’d get it there. No coupon came. I then did a chat and it advised to clear cache/cookies and reopen the browser. That helped, but since I had just barely signed up for texts, then I missed out on the extra $10 off. I canceled the texts, and resent the message from before, but never got it. That was a bummer. I liked the deals though and appreciate being able to pick up from the store.

The item we ordered was in the store, but we could only get the sale price online some ordered it for pickup in the store. Then we waited a few minutes for the process to clear online before we took home the item that was already in the store. Consider allowing stores to honor online sales prices.

I ordered a anti-sway hitch for my camper. Found one I liked from Camping World and ordered it. It came in a fair amount of time. The only thing I'm not pleased with is the packaging. It came with a ball for the hitch but when I ordered, it said "no ball included" ! So fine, I'm good with that, so I'm thinking it must have been a return. Don't know who is irresponsible, Camping world or Fedx, but the package was almost totally destroyed, wrapped in packing tape, the styrofoam was broken up, and not holding anything. I found it on my front steps with 1 washer on the ground. So to some it up, everything is ok, I don't think any parts are missing, I would definitely order from Camping world again.
