Paddle jackets were perfect and totally what we wanted and needed. The camp stove was a little bit of a disappointment though. The burner rack had part of it bent so it did not fit properly. From how it was packaged I don't feel this could not have happened during shipping but was something that should never have been sent out

It was annoying that when I clicked on "Billing address the same as Shipping address" it didn't take it and I had to type in the same address again to recognize it as the same as my shipping address.

The site was great until checkout. Then it preapproved me for a Good Sam credit card which I already have. It took several tries and checkout attempts because the promotion would not go away. There was no "X" to get out or somewhere to deny the credit card. I finally hit escape twice & it went away. It shouldn't be that difficult to pay anyway I desire. Also, even though I was logged in, it didn't recognize my lifetime membership & may not have given me the 2186 points that were available for my purchase. I will check on it tomorrow as everything was closed down today for an answer. Had I known it would be this hard, I would have my local Camping World location & had them order for me. I tried entering my Good Sam Membership & was told "An error has occurred while looking up your rewards account. Please call 800-700-1366 for assistance. I did & they were closed. I was purchasing items on a sale that ended today, so I needed to place the order today.

Camping World had the generator I wanted, the purchasing process went smoothly and the generator was actually delivered sooner that I expected. The only thing that threw me was that the free cover that was included in the offer was not delivered with the generator with no explanation from Camping World. I called customer service to ask about it and was told that the cover was on back order. The cover did arrive less than a week later, which was no problem for me.
