The product specs on the website are questionable. They didn’t match the manufacturer spec from manufacturer website. It was also difficult to find the model number of the product to do additional research. Otherwise the website was find. Checkup was a bit of a challenge. I had a hard time changing my billing address. It took me a couple of attempts.

Would advertise a clearance price for products that are not the size I need. When advertising clearance, put "for xxx size" so I don't have to click on it, click the size selection, see the size I want is a different price or not available at all, then click back to search results. Too much clicking, way too many steps when I have to do it for each and every product.

Overall, the website is fine. However, I am a GS Elite member. I am not 100% sure that it had my account listed. When I tried to add it, it kept coming up with an error. Perhaps the error was because it was already added. You would think that if the membership was already there, the website wouldn't tell you that you could get x number of points with a GS Membership. It should already know that you're signed in with the GS Membership. It also offered to upgrade the membership. I'm an Elite member. It was very confusing on whether my GS membership was attached to my account or not.
