Had some very good deals on outdoor camping supplies, such as tables grills, etc. I ordered a very nice grill from them came in the first time FedEx had damaged it had to call them got a replacement and it came in damaged by FedEx. They might start want to use someone else to ship their product with.

The product is great but trying to find out when it was being delivered was a problem. When we were finally given a delivery date, it was wrong and did not come for two days after the original date, too late for us to use on our trip. If camping world could have given us a delivery date at the time of ordering, I would have paid the extra money for next day delivery. I thought a week and a half would be plenty of time to receive our order.

I made an online purchase and drove to phoenix 3 hours away to pick up my RV AC unit. When inshowed up to the store in Avondale, the store was super clean and I made a little extra shopping. A lot of stuff on sale. I went to the parts department and they got my order ready. There was a glitch in the system and they said there was a chance I couldnt take my order home. I emphasized i drove 3 hours, the manager made it happen and i got my order in a timely fashion. Overall, i would go shopping to Camping World again, because the prices are actually good! And the AC unit was a plug and play, cold AC for my desert weather!

Ordering and shipping was good, but product support was pushed off to the manufacturer when they shipped a defected product. Test everything you buy before installing because once anything is installed, they will not support you anymore.
