Didn't get my God Sam discount on my two online purchases. It showed my membership was linked to my Camping World account but when I clicked on it, it wanted me to upgrade my membership. I already have the Good Sam elite membership, so I don't need to upgrade anything. When I mentioned this to the associate at the order pickup counter, she said I have to call Good Sam or Camping World customer service, I don't remember which one. Email: kschweg74@yahoo.com

The initial purchase was good. I had some problems with the card I was using. It did not go through and I ended up using another card. On my bank statement, those first charges showed up even though the order didn't go through. That is why I called customer service to check on it. They told me those would be removed and would not be processed by the bank. That ended up being the case. Not sure why the first card did not work since that is my main card. I was never emailed with a delivery date. I also ended up getting that information with a phone call. Otherwise things went well and the product was just what I expected.

The box came partially damaged and internal supports were not doing anything to protect the item Not noticed until installed that the bottom step was slightly dented on the corner. Also no installation instructions or installing hardware were part of the package.

I had to replace my Andersen 8" drop hitch. I only needed the frame, as I could reuse the ball piece. Camping World had the best price and free.shipping on the 4" drop, which was what I needed for my new truck. Purchase was easy and the frame shipped fast.

I received an email offering 10% off my purchase and when I clicked on the link it did not offer the 10% off. I could not find a promo code anywhere to use.
