I googled what I needed, and you came up the cheapest. So even though I belonged to sam's club that I would get discount from you guys. You're a long distance away. So I opted to have it shipped to me. I didn't know how to use my membership. It didn't offer that to get my discount. But you still were cheaper than everybody else. And you offered me since it was my first time. A ten dollar coupon, which slightly covered for shipping

My experience was good except I thought I purchased this. Item on the 19th 7 days ago only to find out today it was no longer pending on my card and I needed to reorder today because I still need my furnace replaced. I'm not sure why my purchase didn't ship but I also never received any emails either only a 800 dollar 7 day hold on my card. Thank you.

My only problem was that ordered the wrong item and called to cancel and replace the item but the agent was unable to cancel it because the order was "closed." So i now have to wait for it to ship to me and then start the return process. The agent communicated this clearly and politely, I know it's just policy. I am just annoyed that it will still be shipped even though it hasnt physically been processed yet. i wish there was a window of time to intervien as it has been less than a day.
